The way our team operates is similar to that of a business. We operate with a board, which brings new ideas to the table to take to the mentors and coaches for a final decision. Board members oversee all aspects of the team. Under these board members, there are sub-leads who oversee a small team of people wanting to work in a specific field or on a specific project. Finally, we would not be able to be where we are and do the things we do without our coaches and mentors. Our team mentors create a safety net that guides us in the right direction.

- Creates scouting forms for team pertinent to Pit Scouting interviews
- Compiles all Pit Scouting interviews forms
- Works in cooperation with drivers and Competition Scouting team for alliance selection
- May represent the team in alliance selection in cooperation with Competition Scouting team
- Both teams create and maintain robot scouting cards in conjunction with graphic design team.

Competition Scouting Team: Lead member to be determined
- Creates scouting forms for team pertinent to the observation of qualifying matches
- Compiles all observation forms from qualifying matches
- Works in cooperation with drivers and Pit Scouting team for alliance selection
- May represent the team in alliance selection in cooperation with Competition Scouting team
- Both teams create and maintain robot scouting cards in conjunction with graphic design team.
