The way our team operates is similar to that of a business. We operate with a board, which brings new ideas to the table to take to the mentors and coaches for a final decision. Board members oversee all aspects of the team. Then we have Project Managers who oversee a team of people wanting to work in a specific field or on a specific project. Finally, we would not be able to be where we are and do the things we do without our coaches and mentors. Our team mentors create a safety net that guides us in the right direction.
